The Island of Dr. Moreau

When Biologist Edward Prendick boarded the Lady Vain out of Callao, he never expected to be adrift and hopeless in the Pacific Ocean.  Much less to be rescued by the most unsavoury lot of sailors he'd ever seen and a disenchanted drunk with a past.
